Missy Sarah Williams the wife of Bro Carl Williams and the mother of two children. She received great training under the late Bishop Felton King; in many leadership positions at Emmanuel COGIC: served many years as Jr. Usher President, Purity Class President, YWCC President, Youth Night President, Missionary Leader/Women’s Day President and Sunday School teacher for 28 years. She now serves under the leadership of Elder Felton E. King as Administrative Assistant. I give honor to the woman of good works First lady Luwalia King.
Missy Williams supports Emmanuel District and served as the Missionary Circle President for several years.
She is the Chairlady of the Arizona State Examination Board; where she helped to successful develop the Mary Louise Anderson Training Institute Workbook.

She teaches conceptually sound doctrine, with conviction and compassion. She has founded the Women Chosen By God Ministry, a coordinator of retreats, workshops and conferences; she has spoken at many seminars, workshops and held revivals. She held the position of the Marriage Ministry Coordinator of Women of Destiny Inc. She is also received her Chaplain Certificate this year.
The devil has tried to destroy her life through sickness, two major car accidents, through great disappointments and a broken heart where can I go, but God sustained her through it all.
There is a vision in her heart that must be fulfilled and these two statements one from Bishop King “Sis Williams Has The Lord Called You Into The Ministry?” and the other from (Supt) Bishop Bobby Henderson “Daughter Thou Must Do What I Have Told You To Do” rings in the depth of my soul, so I must work the works of Him that has sent me.
Her desire is to see the body of Christ come together in genuine love, that men and women would be filled with the Holy Ghost, the lost to be Saved, wounded and broken hearts be totally healed.
